always popping back up.

In fact, the twenty-two-year-old me could not fathom or believe the life I have lived since then. See, my life difficulties and trauma were dictating my present and future, and I lost the ability to dream. I viewed life through my “trauma sunglasses,” and I was unable to see good within myself or a future where I could accomplish the hidden dreams within me.
With the help of counselors, mentors, and spiritual growth coaches, I learned to overcome my past and to excel in my future. My life today is one where I have been RESTORED, HEALED, and REDEEMED! For over fifteen years, I've worked with individuals as a licensed professional counselor, mentor, behavioral interventionist, speaker, published author, and pastor. I am thrilled to add to my professional practice
